These are a very special set of wheels. They are legitimately from the pro Team Saturn racing team. Came to me on a rare Lemond bike that was gifted to one of the Team Saturn riders. Old team personnel confirmed the origin with me via Facebook postings about the bike. They are wonderful riding wheels that I ran on another Lemond I had. I sold that bike with clincher wheels and these have just been sitting this year. Time to see if some can use them. Mavic Mach 2 CD 2 tubular rims with DT Swiss spokes, a Mavik Front hub and Shimano 600 Tricolor (Ultegra level) Rear hub. Rear hub should work on 8,9,10,speed setups and I believe 11 speed also. I also used them on a 7 Speed bike for a while with a spacer. These come with an excellent pair of plus, fast, grippy and puncture resistant Veloflex Vlaanderen Tubulars. They ride so nice! 700 x 27. Anyone that knows wheels from this period will understand that the Mavic/Shimano 600 hub choice was the hot setup back in the day. I'm betting well under 500 miles on these current tubulars since they were always on one of my "special riding day" bikes. 700 x 27 is the size of these. They sell for around $90 each new so this is quite the bargain.**** I have no problem keeping these for use on my custom Brevet bike so the price is firm. We got a new GE microwave that had a tiny dent on the front surface that is hardly noticeable. Since it was a new microwave they sent a new door. The door is fully functional, so instead of replacing your whole microwave if the door is broken, just replace the door!...
