Mountain Luxury Lodging is looking for a part-time reservationist. This is the perfect job for a college student looking for evening and weekend work. ML Lodging is an innovative vacation rental business. If you love customer service and can work independently, come join our team! Work shifts:
4:
00 p.m. to 9:
00 p.m. weekdays; and 9:
00 a.m. to 5:
00 p.m. weekends. Hours per week:
15-25. Wage $11.00 an hour with bonus opportunities.
The office is located in Eden, Utah. You must live within 30 minutes of Eden in order to apply.
Responsibilities
Respond to telephone calls and emails for vacation home rentals
Schedule reservations and provide concierge services
Correspond with guests via telephone and email
Problem solve and respond to guest emergencies
Qualifications
Pass a background and credit check
High school diploma
Current Utah Driver s License
Proof of vehicle insurance
Exceptional customer service
Excellent telephone skills and written communication
Punctual and dependable
Functional computer skills for online reservation system
Proficient in Google applications
