As new owners of the restaurant we intend to keep it unique fun and an amazing place for locals and visitors to enjoy.
We want to preserve the historical building vibes and continue to give back to the community.
We also want to make sure our staff gets the best possible pay and benefits so everyone can live a balanced fulfilled life at work and outside of work.
The inside of the restaurant was recently revamped and will be getting a phased full remodel over the next two years.
The head chef has upgraded the menu and there are plans to offer new and exciting cocktails soon.
We are looking for amazing people to join our team and take the restaurant to the next level.
We are looking for a hardworking prep cook to be responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the cooking process.
The prep cook is required to perform basic cooking duties monitor stock levels and take on culinary tasks as they arise.
To be a successful prep cook you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations be quick and diligent and be willing to improve on the job.
A topnotch prep cook should be able to follow instructions and work in a fastpaced environment.
