Carlos Harleysis a wellknown TexMex restaurant in Ogden Valley.
As new owners of the restaurant we intend to keep it unique fun and an amazing place for locals and visitors to enjoy.
We want to preserve the historical building vibes and continue to give back to the community.
We also want to make sure our staff gets the best possible pay and benefits so everyone can live a balanced fulfilled life at work and outside of work.
The inside of the restaurant was recently revamped and will be getting a phased full remodel over the next two years.
The head chef has upgraded the menu and there are plans to offer new and exciting cocktails soon.
We are looking for an awesome General Manager to take the restaurant to the next level.
The ideal candidate has a passion for food and people.
An eye for innovation and the knowledge to continue to make this restaurant a success.
It is important to balance the satisfaction of the current clientele while bringing in new business and inspiring the team.
The General Manager will focus on team development growing the restaurant customer base by exceeding service standards and managing cost controls.
The General Manager is selfmotivated and holds themselves and their team to a high standard of service and cleanliness taking pride and ownership in the building food service and staff.
Responsibilities K base salary annually dependent on experience Profit sharing of K annually Paid vacation time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
