We are looking for a Residential Construction Project Superintendent to join our amazing team.
Our Project Superintendents oversee the residential project site.
Their duties range from communicating daily schedules to supervising inhouse crew and subcontractor activities.
They ensure safety and code compliance on the project.
The deliverables for a successful Project Superintendent include but are not limited to the following Their daytoday responsibilities will include The superintendent role Limited to answering questions on site Directs customers to contact PM for any change orderss Shows effectivenessprofitability It the primary contact for project trade contractors Very little customer interaction Join crews if you have extra time Hardly Ever The Superintendent will have PBI offers paid time off paid holidays and a kRoth retirement program.
